Only Maggi lovers know what Maggi actually is. It is not just food to satisfy your hunger, it is, in fact, an emotion. Here are four lip-smacking Maggii recipes that you would love to try at home. So, without wasting any more times let’s start our recipes.
1) CHINESE MAGGI RECIPE
The first recipe in our list is Chinese Maggi. My mom taught me this recipe which I am sharing with you all. I loved it because it reminds me of cheap street Chinese noodles. It’s my favourite.
~1 tablespoon Oil
~2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
~1/4 cup chopped Spring Onions (only the green part)
~1 tablespoon chopped Spring Onions (white part)
~1/4 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
~1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
~1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
~1/4 cup Capsicum, sliced
~1/2 inch Ginger, julienned
~And of course 1 pack Maggi Noodles
Cook Maggii according to the instructions given on the packet but don’t mix the tastemaker. Keep it aside. After that heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic. Saute on high flame for a couple of minutes and add spring onions, carrots and capsicum. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes and then mix soya sauce and ketchup. Add the Maggi noodles and stir well. Keep it on the flame for a couple of minutes, and then switch off the flame. Your Chinese Maggi recipe is ready to serve.
2) ITALIAN MAGGI RECIPE
Italian Maggi recipe has all the tastes of your favourite pasta and pizza with mushrooms, marinara sauce, olives, basil and lots of cheese.
~1 pack Maggii Noodles
~1 teaspoon Oil
~1/2 cup Red Pasta Sauce
~2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
~2 tablespoons sliced Olives
~1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
~A few Basil leaves
~2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
~Salt according to taste
Cook Maggii Noodles according to the directions written on the packet but don’t add the tastemaker. Then heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Cook for a minute and add mushrooms in the pan. Then cook the mushrooms for two minutes and add pasta sauce, oregano and Maggi noodles.
Cook them for a couple of minutes and switch off the flame. Garnish with olives, basil and parmesan. Serve immediately.
3) SPICY MASALA MAGGI RECIPE
The next Maggi recipe in the series is probably everyone’s favourite, and that is Spicy Masala Maggii. Spicy Masala Maggi is very quick and easy to make.
~1 pack Maggi
~1 tablespoon Oil
~1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
~1/4 cup finely chopped Tomatoes
~1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
~1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
~Salt to taste
~Chopped Coriander for topping
Cook Maggi according to package directions without adding the tastemaker. Then heat oil in a pan and add onions and ginger garlic paste to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. After that add chilli powder, salt, tomatoes, and tastemaker. Cook the mixture for a minute or two and add 1/4 cup water. Simmer till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy and add Maggii noodles. Toss well and top with coriander. The recipe is done. Now you can serve your spicy Maggi to eat.
4) CHEESE AND EGG MAGGI RECIPE
You just require four ingredients for this recipe. This Cheese and Egg Maggi is really simple to make. It’s super cheesy and has bits of scrambled eggs in every bite.
~1 pack Maggi
~Salt and Pepper to taste
~1/2 cup grated Cheese
Boil 1 and 1/2 cups water in a pan and add Maggii Noodles and Tastemaker. Boil for two minutes until the Maggii is fully cooked. Meanwhile, beat an egg till frothy. Then add the egg to the Maggii once the Maggi is cooked. Now keep the heat on high flame until the egg cooks through and is scrambled. Top with cheese and mix. Serve immediately.
