Every person has the right to enjoy but must follow the fact in mind that enjoying doesn’t mean destroying the health. On this season we hang out with our friends or relatives and go to restaurants or hotels. Sweets are traditional in this festival. During this festival Indians prepare sweets in their house and offer others also. Sweets are enjoyed by everyone. But we must take sweets in a limit. It is because sweets contain lots of calories in it . If a person is trying to lose weight then he or she at all coast must consume sweets in a limit. It is because if the person has no control over his or her mouth and eats sweets without any limit then his or her struggle of losing weight will go in vain and how much the person has loosed weight it will again increase.
There is no better medicine in this world then fruits. So during this festival we must consume dry fruits between our meals. It is because dry fruits have multiple benefits on our health and prevent various diseases. During this festival, eating is very common, and if we consume dry fruits then it will help us to keep our digestive system stronger and thus prevents indigestion or other serious diseases.
